We have a need for a Junior-Intermediate PHP Developer at our offices in Penrose, Auckland immediately.
This is a contract role with the possiblity of a full time offer to the right person. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of around 40 hosted sites, as well as the development of new projects for SMEs. A good grasp of Object Orientated PHP is a must. Key skills required are: * OO PHP * MySQL/PHPMyAdmin * Javascript/JQuery * Proficiency with HTML/CSS * Not shy of the design side of a project Not requirements but will get you a big notice: * Experience with Silverstripe * Linux CLI familiarity * cPanel WHM Experience * Exposure to Flash/ActionScript * Exposure to .NET * Photoshop experience This role would be perfect for an intermediate level developer looking for growth, or even an experienced Designer looking to develop their moderate PHP skills commercially. A successful candidate may see a full time opportunity to extend his or her skills through creative freedom, and possibly an option to step into .NET development should you so chose.
