probably OT, but you could spin up an Amazon EC2 instance in one of the Sydney data centres and install virtualmin on it which would give you a virtual dedicated box with a half decent GUI to manage server settings.
I use Rimu VPS and although they have very responsive support I have found the service patchy lately (performace and stability issues on host server, network issues & packet loss). It's probably temporary but it has made me think hard about switching.
