Hi, I am looking for an outstanding web developer with exceptional know how
and skill in database design and server / client side scripting.

I am currently setting up a social enterprise tech start-up with timely
business potential and excellent scalability. While I would stop short of
comparing potential returns to Sam Morgan’s – the comparison isn’t a bad
one.

This is in a market that is pretty much untouched with a serious need for
something to fill the gap. For those of you with a social conscience it has
the potential to level the playing field between some large corporations
and lay people by bringing more transparency to a market in desperate need
of it.

I am looking for someone with high integrity, focus and drive with a desire
to go places, who can partner with me in this venture to manage the ICT
side. We need to design and build a relational database and connect it up
to a simple intuitive catchy multimedia website with a relatively
sophisticated search facility (preferably with open source frameworks, apps
and languages – MySQL, PHP, RoR etc.). Knowledge and experience with
e-commerce facilities, social media, web marketing / advertising, clean web
design, graphic design etc. would be helpful.

The catch: I am not a programmer or a developer. However, I am a realistic
and down to earth businessman – and I do know a potentially lucrative
business idea when I see one. I have set up a successful business and am
flexible, adaptable, focussed, motivated and hard working.

Is there anyone else out there who like me, has noticed that no one gets
rich working for wages? Someone who wants to do something to help people
and set themselves up at the same time? If so, and you would like to know
more, please email your CV and cover letter to Miles at
[email protected]

N.B. Due to the complex nature of the development and the need for regular
face to face discussion and planning, I am ideally looking to partner with
someone fluent in English either in Canterbury or who could consider
relocating to here.
