Hi all I feel like a bit of an imposter here because I'm not a "PHP guy", but anyway: The crew at Vend are really keen to revive the Auckland PHP Meetup (http://www.meetup.com/php-auckland/) and are wondering if there are others with a similar view?
Perhaps we can talk about new stuff like Hack and HHVM, or old stuff like migrating off Symfony 1.4, or perennial stuff like quality and continuous delivery? Or something else? We've got a space at Vend where we can host ~120 attendees, and have just had a beer keg installed. Yay! Anyway, I'm talking with Gary Benner about reviving the Meetup.com group, but if anyone else has admin rights and can help, then let me know. We probably need to pay up the Meetup.com fee to get it re-activated, so might need to switch admins.
