Leaderkit is management software that fundamentally changes how leadership teams work. We are a small company with an international vision. Our prototype app has been winning customers, making money and we now need to make it enterprise class. We want to build one of the most influential, smartest and best designed SaaS platforms around and are looking for a technical leader to get it underway. We want someone who can shape what we do on many levels; technical platform, UI, design, strategy, and the team we hire to grow this application. You will begin by developing our technical plan and coding our version 2.0. You will have a big impact on the growth of Leaderkit and will make a meaningful difference to businesses around the world. If you aspire to become CTO we will assist with training, not just technical but to become a great well rounded leader. We're looking for someone who: - Has 3+ years' experience as a senior developer/technical lead in commercial web application development - preferably multi-tenanted SaaS applications - Wants to grow a best practice app from the beginning - Has a balance of front end and back end skills - Is comfortable working alone or as part of a team - Has excellent communication skills and is able to translate business requirements to code, and code challenges into business language. - Lives in Auckland, or is willing to relocate to Auckland If this is you, and you like how this sounds - we want to hear from you.
