I have given up on trying to track this guy down. Fortunately I still had access to my files so I was able to move them and my domain name, to another host. I am still getting emails from them saying my last hosting payment is still outstanding. Of course I am just ignoring these as I have already sent several unanswered requests to have the account closed. Oh one more thing, the last email I got said my account would be suspended if I did not pay up!
