Hi,
We should start thinking about resilience goals for Oak and how to verify them. To get this started I tried to come up with a a definition for what we mean by Oak being resilient [1]. Please have a look and let me know whether this makes sense, what I missed and what I got wrong.
In addition I created a JIRA issue [2], which should serve as a container for verifying the individual goals once we have an agreement on those.
