Intent to backport OAK-5908 to 1.6 branch

Hi,


I would like to backport OAK-5908 to 1.6 branch.
The issue fixes a problem where already deleted blobs ids are considered
again for deletion in the next GC cycle leading to unnecessary warnings in
the logs.
