Hi, I'd love to have some input on OAK-9304.
I'm trying to address a character encoding issue in direct binary access download URIs, and have a fix in place but have run into a bit of a snag as described in the ticket. If it is possible to sort it out and get a fix committed this week I'd very much like to be able to do that. Please take a quick look, and if you have an opinion please weigh in. Thanks! -MR
