Parallel repository fixtures can run QueryTest's newer relative-property query while the legacy test has enabled `oak.useOldInexistenceCheck`. The newer query then uses legacy semantics and misses two expected child paths. Serialize the two compatibility tests, explicitly select each test's behavior and restore the incoming property value. Keep every query assertion. This changes test code only and is based directly on trunk. Validation with Java 17: - Full QueryTest with Segment Tar and MongoDB: 72 tests, zero failures, two existing skips. - A controlled overlap reproduces the exact failure before the fix; 30 overlaps pass afterwards, restoring unset/true/false property values. - Both compatibility tests pass with the property initially true; license checks pass.
