URL: https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/pull/3224

When an Azure Netty HTTP client is built with an unauthenticated proxy,
`oak-blob-cloud-azure` fails with `NoSuchMethodError` for
`ProxyProvider.AddressSpec.socketAddress(SocketAddress)`. The bundle embeds
`azure-core-http-netty` 1.16.4 alongside Reactor Netty 1.0.40 and Reactor Core
3.4.34, inherited from the parent. This also reproduces using the libraries
extracted from the released Oak 2.6.0 bundle, without OSGi or an Azure
connection.

Align the blob module's embedded Reactor Netty HTTP/core versions to 1.2.16
and Reactor Core to 3.7.17, matching the published dependency declarations of
Azure HTTP Netty 1.16.4 and Reactor Netty 1.2.16. Keep these overrides local:
the segment Azure module still uses Azure HTTP Netty 1.14.1, whose declared
Reactor Netty version is 1.0.40. No public API, configuration default, or
persisted format changes.

The JUnit 4 regression test exercises real client construction without
credentials, network requests, or Docker:
   - Explicit unauthenticated HTTP proxy: reproduces the missing method before
the fix.
   - Proxy discovered from HTTPS_PROXY configuration with system proxy
discovery enabled: reproduces the same failure.
   - Proxy with non-proxy host rules: reproduces the failure even with Azure AD
in the bypass list, since construction fails before any request.
   - No proxy and authenticated HTTP proxy: pass before and after as controls;
the authenticated HTTP case uses the Azure SDK's own handler.

   Validation:
   - Before the fix: 5 tests, 3 exact NoSuchMethodError failures and 2 passing
controls.
   - After the fix: all 5 tests pass, including with dependencies extracted
from the packaged bundle.
   - Repository-wide `mvn -B -ntp clean install`: running; result pending.
   - `mvn -B -ntp -pl oak-blob-cloud-azure clean install`: passes; 214 tests, 0
failures/errors, 8 skipped for unavailable Docker/external Azure setup. Bundle
packaging and API baseline checks pass.

   Issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-12468

Related: #3223 separates version declarations into the modules; this change
fixes the actual incompatible versions and adds regression coverage. It is
independently based on trunk.
