## Summary Fixes [OAK-12434](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-12434). When `notNullCheckEnabled` is off, Lucene previously approximated `IS NOT NULL` on typed Date/Long/Double properties with numeric ranges. That omitted values indexed under a different JCR type, and the Double range also omitted zero and negative values. Use an unbounded term range for property-existence restrictions so every indexed value is considered. Keep the configured not-null marker optimization and preserve typed filtering when a not-equal comparison is also planned. Adds coverage for Date/Long values stored as strings, negative/zero Double values, an OR query, the ORDER BY-only case, and traversal/index parity. ## Validation - `mvn -pl oak-lucene clean install` — passed; 1,290 tests, 0 failures/errors, 32 skipped. Maven settings and dependency repository were task-local. - Focused Lucene regressions, including typed not-null, ORDER BY-only, OR, traversal parity, and date inequality behavior — 8 tests passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
