S3Mock tests currently construct endpoints with `127.0.0.1` even when Testcontainers exposes the mapped port on a remote Docker host. Use the host reported by Testcontainers and update emulator detection and path-style test URL parsing to accept that host. This change is confined to test infrastructure. Regression tests reproduce the incorrect remote hostname/IP, emulator detection for remote Docker and localhost, and remote path-style URL handling before their fixes. Controls preserve loopback behavior and distinguish ordinary S3 URLs. Existing Docker-unavailable handling is retained. Validation: - `mvn -B -pl oak-blob-cloud -Pcoverage -Dskip.coverage=false verify`: 268 tests, zero failures/errors, 39 skips; coverage, OSGi baseline, and license checks pass, including local S3Mock integration tests. Remote Docker hosts are simulated in focused tests. - Repository-wide build passes with tests skipped for unchanged modules; the changed module's complete test suite runs separately as above.
