Basics for node type validation are in place. However, there are still many
loose ends:
* admins can set protected items. This is in order not to break around several
earlier work arounds in the code for setting primary type, uuid,...
* auto create items are not yet handled
* same name sibling handling is hacky
* value conversion is hacky
* TCK test content is insufficient for full test coverage
I'll follow up on separate issues for the details.
