{{EffectiveNodeTypeProvider}} seems strange to me. It has two methods for
calculating the transitive closure of super types. Moreover
{{getEffectiveNodeTypes}} is a bad name for these methods. Finally this
duplicates functionality from {{NodeType.getSupertypes}}.
