Summary: OAK-API: Deal with names and relativePaths consisting/containing
"." and ".." (was: TreeLocation: Add support for relative paths containing
current or parent element)
i slightly adjusted to subject to match what i feel should be
present... if TreeLocation is able to handle relative paths containing
"." and ".." the rest of the OAK-API should act consistently
