Initial version of session import submitted with revision 1453985. The
remaining failing methods in DocumentViewImportTest and SerializationTest fail
for at least one of the following three reasons: workspace import is not
implemented, NodeImpl.checkin() is not implemented and session scoped locks are
not implemented.
The latter two reasons just lead to unexpected exceptions being thrown instead
of expected exceptions, so they do not block any import feature.
