yes... that's a bug; that should in any case be consistent. if i remember
correctly we had that broken in the AbstractTree as well and only fixed it
later on... obviously we forgot to adjust the ImmutableTree. the question is
what is the expected behavior... if we claim that it's just a tree-decorator
around the NodeState, we probably don't want to hide the hidden items.
