Description:
I would like to log time taken in following places
* AsyncIndexUpdate - Log time taken to complete the given cycle. By default log
at debug level. If time taken is more than 5 min log at info level
* IndexUpdate.CountingCallback - Log time taken upon every batch of 10000
* LuceneIndexEditorContext - Time taken in opening and closing the writer
* IndexTracker - Time taken in opening index for searching
