DocumentNodeStore has some code related to off heap which makes use of Apache
Directmemory (OAK-891). This feature was not much used and PersistentCache made
this feature obsolete.
Recently it was mentioned on Directmemory that there is not much activity going
on [1] in that project and it might be referred to attic. In light of that we
should remove this feature from Oak
