Attached [^OAK-2844.v3.patch] which is the latest version of the 'discovery 
lite':
* changes the API completely: instead of listeners the polling approach 
suggested by [~tmueller] has been implemented: upper layers can poll the new, 
suggested 'oak.discoverylite.clusterview' repository descriptor to get the 
clusterView. The clusterView is cached and only updated when something really 
changed, so the polling is cheap (and can be done every second)
* thorough junit/load tests added
* ready for 'final' review
