Resolution: Won't Fix
Resolving as Wont Fix for now as current behaviour is fail fast. For recovery
the user can use oak-run to modify the config or disable Lucene index provider.
So far only one such incident is seen. If the problem becomes frequent then we
can relook into better way for such cases
