Fix For: 1.3.16
The new oak-it module build does not have a SLF4J binding and prints the
following warning when running tests:

SLF4J: Failed to load class "org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder".
SLF4J: Defaulting to no-operation (NOP) logger implementation
