The problem with this plan (introducing the API and implementations by starting
with a simple default implementation) is that there is no simple way to emulate
this other than by iterating over the full repo. We'll thus likely have to
implement this in all DocumentStore impls at the same time, or allow the
implementation to throw an "NotSupportedException" (which the caller would need
to handle).
