[~frm] could you look at the patch ? It essentially consume the configuration
for the old PID {{o.a.j.o.p.s.s.s.StandbyStoreService}} and print a hint
message on how to fix it (move the config to the new PID).
It share most bits with the existing
{{SegmentNodeStoreServiceDeprecationError}}.
