I think this is pretty complete. I just wanted to double check whether we
expose all parameters relevant to gc from this MBean (cross check with
{{{SegmentGCOptions}}, {{SegmentNodeStoreService}}. Also do we have enough
endpoints for monitoring an ongoing garbage collection or do we still need to
add something? Finally are the current method names clear enough and consistent
across the board?
