Done with 1769778. Now 4 metrics stats can be seen
* <async name>:INDEXER_COUNT - Meter for number of cycles run
* <async name>:INDEXER_NODE_COUNT - Meter for number of nodes indexed
* <async name>:INDEXER_TIME - Timer for time taken by each cycle
* <async name>:INDEXER_NODE_COUNT_HISTO - Histogram for number of nodes indexed
per cycle
