Thanks Alex!. The v2 patch is much more precise change and disables any lease 
related logic altogether. Applied the patch with r1770569

For non clusterable NodeStores like SegmentNodeStore there would not be any 
lease check performed. So in case of abrupt shutdown indexing would not get 
delayed
