Done initial implementation which connects to repository in read-write mode and
directly triggers the AsyncIndexUpdate. For this to work properly it needs to
be ensured that repository is not in use as it would do normal incremental
indexing + reindexing of indexes which are included in the {{--index-paths}}
list.
This is base implementation which enables trying reindexing via oak-run. It
would be enhanced going forwards
