- improves logging in RDBDocumentStore for the conflict case, and also
invalidates cache on conflict, avoiding one needless retry
- adds test (with special case for RDB where DEBUG log output is inspected)
[~mreutegg] - do I need to make this more generic? is there a similar
optimization for MongoDB that we should do and verify?
