Fix For: 1.12
{{TrackingCorruptIndexHandler}} uses a {{MeterStats}} to record index
corruptions, however it wrongly avoids updating the stats when the failing
indexes {{Map}} is empty, thus leading to the stats not being 0 again if a
corruption happens.
