[~kwin], as far as i remember not making the authorizable-actions required lead 
to regressions in AEM. it ended up registering a security provider that didn't 
have the actions wired into the security setup. that's why Francesco Mari 
introduced the {{SecurityProviderRegistration}} and the mandatory services in 
the first place.
