Carlo Jelmini resolved OAK-9702.
--------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix

As SAS URIs can be created at the account-level, with the permissions to create
containers, the assumption in this task is wrong.

Closing it.

> In oak-blob-cloud-azure, never try to create an Azure container when using
> SAS URI

> Key: OAK-9702
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-9702
> Project: Jackrabbit Oak
> Issue Type: New Feature
> Components: blob-cloud-azure
> Affects Versions: 1.42.0
> Reporter: Carlo Jelmini
> Priority: Major
>
> When connecting using an Azure SAS URI, the Azure container is by definition
> already created. Moreover, with container-level SAS URIs, the permission to
> create a container is not granted.
> In AzureBlobStoreBackend, when a SAS URI is defined, we should force the
> {{createBlobContainer}} flag to false.
