As of now, the oak-search-elastic modules takes an upward of 30 minutes to be
built.
A majority of time here I think goes into starting and stopping the
testcontainers for elasticsearch. We could possibly see if there is some scope
of improvement here to make the build of this module faster which would
eventually mean oak building up faster.
