Just to clean up multiple opened jiras - I will go ahead and close this as
duplicate of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-9878 , since the fix for
this is covered under the PR for OAK-9878 which is sort of a bucket Jira for
multiple failing tests.
