I attached both effective poms (with profile apache-release) and indeed the
order is somehow different:
[^oak-run-effective-pom-after.xml] vs [^oak-run-effective-pom-before.xml].
Still not sure what had that effect (seems to be related to some version no
longer being overwritten from asf parent but just inherited).
