Several packages in {{org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.commons.*}} are marked as
internal API. These packages should be moved into the package
{{org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.commons.internal.*}} in order to avoid confusion
and to make it simple and obvious to developers where new, internal API
packages should be placed.
