Any interest in getting this setup on JIRA studio at <http://open.jira.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa>? That way you could have a full issue tracker and other niceties like repository viewer, code review, and wiki? Then you could use JIRA and the release management system to track what issues you fixed in a release and automatically create release notes for you.
