This is approved, if the corresponding media type registration is also
approved. Can be assigned somewhere in the 270-600 range.
The text mentions "registry" and "sub-registry", which I've understood
should be named "registry group" and "registry" respectively. But not
sure how strict IANA wants to review/correct such text.
I'm okay with either form; in practice people will know what is intended.
