Hi Russ, Thanks for the review and feedback! I looked at other drafts/RFCs and added an ASN.1 module definition as an appendix. Could I kindly ask you to review the PR at https://github.com/oauth-wg/draft-ietf-oauth-status-list/pull/310? I am not that familiar with the whole ASN.1 world and would like to make sure we are getting things right.
