Uma das melhores referencias é o livro do Prof. Elon Lages Lima, Meu professor de matematica, publicado pela SBM.
Noas arquivos da lista tbm tem mutio material, pois esta questão é recorrente, acho que pelo menos duas vezes por ano o assunto reaparece.... :-)
