Banyak orang yang buka
rekening di BCA hanya utk bayar listrik, PAM, telepon, kartu kredit, handphone
dll.
Walaupun rata2 saldo
sebulan Cuma 50,000 perak, tapi sekali dalam sebulan mereka akan transfer
senilai 1 hingga 3 jutaan.
Kalo setiap transfer
senilai 5000 X jumlah transfer X ribuan nasabah = hitung aja berapa FBI nya.
Ini sdh menunjukkan
ke-piawaian BCA mengelola nasabah.
Mana ada bank
pemerintah yang punya service sebanyak itu ???
Bahkan mereka banyak di
kekang oleh peraturan NPL, BPK dsb.
Jadi ??????

Ngomong ngomong soal perbankan, dikoran
hari ini ada tulisan
tentang PERBANKAN:
Dikatakan pada umumnya LKP
(Laporan Keuangan Publikasi) perbankan
triwulan I TURUN dibanding tahun
sebelumnya. Bank yang hasilnya
naik katanya cuman BCA.
Kenapa BCA bisa
bertahan pada keadaan suku bunga tinggi ?.
Bank lain mengandalkan IBI
(Interest Based Income), jadi pada
saat suku bunga TINGGI maka pendapatan
mereka TURUN BANYAK.
Sedang bank BCA mempunyai FBI yang mantap karena
nasabahnya
SEABREK-ABREK. (FBI bukan dinas rahasia Amerika tapi Fee
Based
Income).
Contoh FBI:
- Biaya transfer
- Biaya buka
rekening
- Dan macam macam biaya yang bisa dikutip dari
nasabah.
