PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk Plans Acquisitions and Share Buyback-AFX Asia

AFX Asia reported that PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk plans to acquire shares of a shipping firm and to allocate US$400 million to buy either new or second-hand vessels. The Company also plans to buy back 10% of its shares, with the purchase price not exceeding Rp 2,750 per share.
