IQP, (8/8) - Bank Indonesia (BI) akhirnya memangkas suku bunga
BI rate sebesar 50 basis poin menjadi 11,75 persen.Keputusan itu diambil
dalam Rapat Dewan Gubernur (RDG) BI yang berlangsung sejak Selasa
pukul 10.00 WIB."Keputusan itu diambil setelah memperhatikan hasil
evaluasi terhadap membaiknya stabilitas makro ekonomi Indonesia,
berkurangnya faktor eksternal, hasil-hasil berbagai survei dan prospek
ekonomi moneter ke depan," ujar Direktur Direktorat Perencanaan
Strategis dan Humas BI Budi Mulia.
