European Stocks Advance for Tenth Day, Longest Rally Since 2006

the longest stretch of gains since 2006, as German business confidence rose 
more than forecast in July.The Dow Jones Stoxx 600 Index advanced 0.4 percent 
to 220.73 as of 9:10 a.m. in London, having earlier dropped as much as 0.5
