ADRO, ITMG, PTBA, virtually Free Cash Flow Yieldnya hampir setara. hanya krn ITMG 2 hari belakangan ditekan. FCF Yieldnya jadi naek. dari segi kapitalisasi, ADRO cenderung besar dan saham beredarnya cukup banyak. PTBA dan ITMG lebih enteng. khusus ITMG ada katalis sebelum tgl 20 pembagian Dividen Interim, yg jumlahnya 49% dr laba H1, kalo itu diannualised, setara 6 % Div Yield yg sudah cukup jd alasan untuk diambil bagi yg nyari cash return on investment. on contrary, FCF Yield BUMI jika harga dinaekkin terus sudah tidak proporsional lg untuk ditambah. opportunitu buat re-balance dan jaga FCF Yield ratio di portfolio. saat outlook FCF BUMI menurun di saat bersamaan bisa pindah ke proxy yg sama yg posisi net cash dan Yieldnya lebih besar. ADRO is well pak, ITMG mgkn krn market cap kecil akan lebih mudah diangkat lg, mgkn sebelum tgl 20 ini. waktu cum dividendnya.klo dr teknikal gmn pak? td ada bbrp yg bilang tren patah jd kmgkinan saya masih bisa dapet Div Yield (Annualised) di atas 6% minggu depan yah?.
