Simpelnya sih sepanjang sesuai regulasi sih ya layanan2 seperti ini kita apresiasi dan kita dukung supaya pasar modal jadi lebih dinamis. untuk compliance sama regulasi saya rasa cukup penting karena aspek standar integrity (ethics and conducts) dan reliability (knowledge and comprehension) diatur cukup jelas dalam proses mendapatkan dan aktifasi lisensi wmi.
untuk rekomendasi,fee,disclaimer itu mesti sama2 disadari bersama. kalo peakthrough ini ternyata layanannya oke, toolsnya jitu. disclaimer jelas. ya berbayar pun ok asal sudah sesuai regulasi. tp kalo belumberbayar, ya gakpapa juga kan bisa kita lihat dan kunjungin anggep sharing sambil uji kualitasnya. hanya jika sifatnya sudah memberi "rekomendasi" ato charge "fee". saya kira tidak bisa tidak HARUS comply sama aturan dan regulasi. selama tidak crossing-line "rekomendasi" dan "charging fee", bisa kita anggep peakthrough ini sebagai semangat sharing dan tukar informasi jadi gak ada salahnya juga kita lihat dan coba kasih feedback. sepanjang semangatnya sharing informasi ya kita patut dukung. (asal tidak serta merta mengeluarkan rekomendasi yg dikenakan fee, kalo itu harus ada compliance sama aturan sehingga menjamin standar etika dan kualitas analisa) justru saya malah menyayangkan kalo sudah ada tools dan layanan yg kualitasnya teruji tapi belum men-charge penggunanya(buat saya secara personal selama ini sering akses idxbot pak DE dan web gratis JT-Hans yang menurut saya sangat OK dari segi kualitas dan disiplin analisa sehingga layak banget jika dikenakan charge supaya jaminan kualitas dan integritas terjaga) .hak intelektual harus dihargai, dan tidak ada salahnya jika mengenakan charge. hanya ya itu tadi, sebaiknya sekalian disinkronkan dengan aturan dan regulasi yg mengatur masalah ini. 2010/3/10 toto aja <tototj...@gmail.com> > > > Setuju pak bagus.
