All,
After having a little chat with the management, share price declined was
not due to any corporate action taken by the company but instead selling
program run by 2 big foreign fund.
Though ANTM is temporarily under review in AAA stock universe, but in term
of industrial outlook ANTM still offers potential upside for the upcoming
years. Lower inventory level and higher demand for metal product are the short
term catalyst, while new projects commencing in 2010 would be a long term
catalyst for ANTMs revenue in our believe.
ANTM as a state-owned metal producer also might have a positive impact
after the government indicates that they will review coal and metal concessions
from the miner particularly foreign interest. ANTMs gold concession is running
at lower reserve level and obviously acquisition plan of gold mining concession
should be in their mind now to boost companys revenue.
Should the share price go a deep further, a long position might be
suggested to reflect an opportunity of have potential return.
