Bakrie Sumatera Proposes New Rights Issue Price

StockWatch (Jakarta) - PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (UNSP) has
proposed to the Capital Market Supervisory Board (Bapepam) the new price of
shares originating from the company's second rights issue.
According to the result of analyst meeting held by the company today
(24/8) in Jakarta, the company expects to announce the new price on Monday
(27/8) of next week.
Bakrie Sumatera will hold the second rights issue that consists of 999
million shares at nominal price of IDR100 per share and offering price IDR1,600
in a bid to raise proceeds of IDR1.598 trillion.
Based on the rights issue plan, every holder of seven old shares whose
name is registered by the recording date on September 10, 2007, will have the
right to buy three new shares issued under the second rights issue plan.
At the same time, the company will issue 249.750 million units of first
warrants as an incentive for the shareholders, which have tenor of three years
and nominal price of IDR100 and offering price IDR2,000 per unit.
Approximately 67.06% of the total rights issue proceeds will be used for
financing the acquisition of 100% stake of PT Grahadura Leidong Prima which is
owned by Esa Citra Buana anf Cepu Batu (CB), and the rest for increasing the
company's working capital.
For that reason, the company has planned to hold an EGM on August 29,
2007, in which the management will seek approval from the shareholders.

makanya itu yang bikin binggung, barang gw jg ada yang di 1700, mgkn klo di
avg modal gw masih di 1600..ada kemungkinan meskipun RI di 1200, tp setelah RI
nya sukses bisa ke 1600..pdhal tp harapannya ke 1800-1900..hehe..tp kayanya
