Cuma PE ini berpengaruh untuk perkembangan industri ke depan, saya ada menghitung penurunan Ppn eksport hanya menguntungkan industri dalam negri yg kebetulan punya kebon sedang perusahaan perkebunan yg belum punya pabrik akan terganggu. Contoh perusahaan perkebunan yg punya pabrik yg diuntungkan krn kebijakan ini antara lain Group INDF dan SMAR, serta TBLA (perusahaan ini bagus tapi ada ke"cendrung"an di"curangi" pemegang saham pengendali).
